Some scholarship money is provided by Friends of the Muscatine Art Center, Inc. for families who would otherwise have difficulty paying class fees. Children who qualify may enroll in two classes each per semester free of charge. If you feel you meet our requirements or want more information about our scholarship program please call the Art Center at (563) 263-8282.
